Guest Starring at Festoon: Master Colorist Carlo Novoa

We at Festoon are extremely excited to welcome master colorist and accomplished stylist, Carlo Novoa, to the Festoon team!  As a L’Oreal color educator, Carlo has visited Festoon multiple times to provide advanced training for our stylists.  He loved the friendly and fun Festoonie atmosphere so much, that he’s decided to work one weekend per month at our San Francisco salon!  Aside from being one of the most amazing colorists working in the industry today, Carlo has over 20 years of experience as a stylist, and has owned his own salon in L.A. for nine years,  Although you might not know Carlo yet, you’ve probably seen his sophisticated, cutting edge styles on celebrities at red carpet premieres and award shows, in music videos, on the runway, and on the Style Network.  He’s created distinctive, fashion forward looks for Badgley Mischka, Zac Posen, and Diesel.  You can check out photos of some of Carlo’s work on our Facebook page!
