Congratulations to our new Junior Stylist – Carmen!

On November 8, 2010, Carmen was promoted to Jr. Stylist!  After a little over 3 years of training as an Apprentice, Carmen passed our exacting Jr. Stylist test.  In order to test out of an Apprenticeship position and into a Jr. Stylist position, the student must present five models demonstrating all the varied cutting and coloring styles that they have learned.  Their work is then evaluated by the Director of Education, Gail Salvador, and the owner of the salon, Melissa Ryan.  As a Jr. Stylist, Carmen will be working on perfecting her timing and exploring her creativity.  Now, while Carmen is a Jr. Stylist, is your opportunity for a bargain.  Appointments with Jr. Stylists take a little bit longer thatn the appointments with our full Stylists, but cost a fraction of the regular salon prices.  While she is a Jr. Stylist her haircuts are only $40 and take about 1.5 hours.  All appointments with Jr. Stylists can be made through our receptionists.
