It started with me, at the beginning of my career, a few decades ago. My mother suggested that I enroll in beauty school. Afterwards, I started doing hair on my own - no experience, no mentors, nothing. By immersing myself in the hair world, I realized I loved hair and the relationships I was forming with my clients. But I still felt clueless about how to give my clients the end results they desired. That’s when I began my love affair with education. Twenty years later, thanks to our amazing education team, our Apprenticeship Program is second to none. We bring in outside educators from L’Oreal, Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and bumble and other big names in hair to train our stylists four times a year. In addition to that, our stylists travel to New York, L.A. and other exciting beauty industry hotspots in the search of continuing their education. These opportunities allow our team to constantly learn, improve, experiment, and perfect their skills. John and I also travel to both business and technical seminars all over the country, with the belief that this is our love and passion - so why no be the best at it?
